Preferences control panel not fitting on screen

My display is 3200x1800 px. I just noticed that the Preferences control panel has so many options that some of them are cut off at the bottom, and I'm not sure how to access them. With the Title bar at the very top of the screen, the last item I can see at the bottom is Set Default File Options. But there is more. Is there any way to move it so that I can see the rest?

You can make the font a little smaller. File Preferences/Font button. For the next release, I rearranged the dialog box into two columns.
