I'm having trouble with using Warp in batch. The Warp is followed by Crop, both being breakpoints, not sure if it matters. Essentially, Warp adjustments look fine, than the output from it passed to Crop doesn't match what I thought I've warped.
p.s. The Crop doesn't seem reset the cropping rectangle in batch and it seems to be parsed the un-warped image from the proceeding Warp.
p.s.s. Another observation regarding the Warp: if I position the corners of the Warp trapezoid at higher zooms and let the left-mouse button go, the trapezoid grid disappears, only to appear (properly) when I zoom again.

Re: Warp output file in batch corrupted
By a quick check here I don't see a problem with Warp, either with or without Batch.
There was a problem with the reset cropping box in batch mode command in Crop -- it was resetting, but to half the image size. Fixed for next release.
