Error message Ltclr15u.dll

I have just produced some TIF files using Nikon's Capture NX2. When I open the folder in PWP's browser I see a bunch of icons with the word "Error" on it. If I double click on an icon I get the error message, "The downloadable file, Ltclr15u.dll is required to read this image." Then it directs me to http://www.dl-c.com for support. A search for the file didn't turn anything up. Does anyone know what the problem is?
