The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Rotate-Mirror Transformation: added Un-Rotate and Re-Rotate items to the Settings Menu. Un-Rotate changes the image orientation back to level with no reflection. To rotate it back, use Re-Rotate. This can be useful in batch operations for speck removal or cloning that is independent of whether the camera was in portrait or landscape orientation. See the help file or Transformations.pdf for details.
