Issue with mouse-wheel-zoom in Composite Transformation Mask Editor

Steps to reproduce the issue

1 Run PWP 8.0.422
2 Create two Color Chart Test Patterns
3 Add the Composite Transformation to the first Color Chart
4 Select the second Color Chart as the Overlay
5 Create a New Overlay Amount Mask
6 Position the mouse pointer to the center of the Test Pattern
7 Depress Alt-Key and Rotate mouse-wheel
8 Note that the zoom is not favored to the mouse pointer position.
The mouse pointer position appears to alternate between opposite outer corners of the Test Pattern
