The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Blur/Blur More: fixed problem causing error message when transformation was used with a mask.

Various transformations (Adjust, Brightness Curve, Color Curves, Color Zones, Conditional Color Curve, Monochrome, Stack Images) with histogram displays and Amount controls: when Auto-preview is off, updating of histograms is now deferred until Auto-preview is turned back on.
