Hue saturation dialog box is too tall for 1080 high display

For the next release, you can reduce the dialog height to make it fit.

The Hue Saturation dialog box fits easily on my secondary monitor which is 1920x1080 -- the size of all the user interface element scales with the font size you select, so maybe that is an issue. Or maybe your display height is actually 768 pixels.

I checked the Windows 11 display settings, and the scale was set to a custom value for accessability.
