The changes (taken from the update log) are:

After editing a File Open or Paste transformation to load a different image, the transformation and all downstream transformations are marked as un-saved (the S or M icon in the thumbnail is removed) since the underlying image has been replaced.

Hue Saturation transformation: reduced the minimum dialog box height so you can shrink it to fit some low resolution displays.
