For the Transformations that use Preview Panes there seems to be an issue panning the magnified image preview if the 1:1 preview was displayed at a boundary prior to enabling 2:1 magnification mode.
To reproduce:
1. Open PWP
2. Create Checkerboard Test Pattern
3. Open Transformation that includes a Preview Pane (such as Multipass Sharpen or PGB)
4. In the Preview Pane (at 1:1 mag), drag the image down and to the right such that the left and top edge of the image is at the left and top edges of the Preview Pane.
5. Enable 2:1 mag
6. Note the image in the Preview Pane can not be panned

This problem does not seem to exist in the Advanced Sharpen Transformation.
