I have Picture Window Pro 4.0 now and would like to upgrade to PW Pro 5.0. What I wand (need) to know is if I take the route of buying the upgrade version, instead of the full-blown version, are there any drawbacks to this? Is it safer, more reliable to just purchase the full-blown version? Is the upgrade indeed really a full version of the program, or is it just a patch that updates 4.0 into 5.0.
Currently, I run Windows Vista Ultimate, but hopefully plan to migrate to Windows 7. Does Vista pose any difficulties to what I want to do in taking the route of just upgrading?
Much Thanks!!
Darius

Darius,
The difference between the upgrade and full version is just the price. You get a discount as a current Picture Window Pro users. The software you download is the same. Of course, to use the upgrade you need to have a serial number for a previous version.
