An update is available to Version 8.0.157 (25-Sep-2020)

The changes (taken from the update log) are:

For a number of transformations that have their own previews (e.g. Advanced Sharpen, Bilateral Sharpen, Gaussian Blur, Unsharp Mask, etc.): eliminated unnecessary recalculation of the output image when editing the transformation or when flipping between the input and output image display.

File Preferences: added setting the length of the recent files list and whether it shows up in File/Open Recent or at the bottom of the File menu.
