Installation of PW8 Pro

I downloaded Picture Window Pro 8.0 and clicked on the msi file. I received the following message:

"Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them."

I am logged on as the administrator.

Any suggestions?

You might try downloading it again - I have not had anyone else that I know of report that particular problem.

The file size of the msi file should be: 147,502,080 bytes

Is it possible you are running 32-bit Windows? Picture Window 8 is 64-bit only.
