Re: Writing on the picture
Thank you Den for your reply. It does seem a little easier than Jonathan's, I will give it a try.
I hope this time that the picture is included. Just a passing snap but I thought the dog should have a title above his office.

Writing on the picture
Hi, I don't know when the next version of PWP is due out, but I first came in with a CD version of V3.5 and went up to V4 when it came out and on to V5. As I seldom use raw I did not go up to V6 or 7 but it is probably nearly time I did. When writing on Pictures would it be possible to incorporate p...

Windows 7
When I uprated from PWP 4 to 5 I was pleased to discover a useful column of icons up the left hand side of the main picture window area. I recent reluctantly upped from Windows XP to windows 7 and this column of icons had gone. I have done a trial of PWP 7 and they were not there either. Can you ple...

Aligning images
I am having dificulty in aligning handheld images for use in the HDR/Stack transform. Lining up two is not dificult in "Composite" but of course they forget the alignment when I open HDR/Stack. Looking through previous topics there seems to be no easy answer except to use an external progr...

Re: Tone maping
Thanks for your interest Den, I have realised my mistake in the 3 zone adjustment but still find getting good results a bit of a struggle. I will just have to keep on trying. It didnt take me too long to get the hang of processing JPEG'S, except that I now see that some of my earlier results "c...

Re: Tone maping
Thanks for your reply Den,
I have tried the 3 Zone adjustment transform but it seems to produce a monochrome image.
I will try re blending the images using curve adjustments in the HDR/ stack transform.
thanks again,
Jerry

Tone maping
Hi, When I use the transform HDR / Stack Images to blend three or more exposures, the results often come out very flat and take a lot of work to make them presentable. I believe that "Tone mapping" is often recomended. How do I do thin within PWP, or is a diferent program required? Thanks J...

Windows 7
I have looked through the recent topics for a referance to using Windows 7.
Are there any problems about changing from XP home?
I believe 7 comes in various forms, is there anything to choose between them?
Thanks in advance
