You can display the current version change log directly from PWP -- go to Help/Check for Updates.

You can see the update pages for PWP 5 and PWP 6 at http://www.dl-c.com/update50.html and http://www.dl-c.com/update60.html, respectively.

In addition to the change log, there is also a longer description of features added at each release. It's accessed by the New Features button from a number of places or via this link: www.dl-c.com/Temp/New%20Features/pwp70NewFeatures.html. The page has links to the new feature pages of PWP 6 and PWP 5.
