Extract embedded JPGs in Workflow

Is there a way of constructing a workflow that would use RAW-embedded JPGs, rather than having to extract them somewhere else first by hand? Cheers!
Right now the images must be extracted via the browser and then added to a workflow. In the future I am planning to add an extract jpg widget.
