The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Oval Gradient: a continuum of shapes between rectangles and ellipses is now supported.
Scratch Removal: fixed issue with using mouse wheel to adjust scratch width possibly causing a crash.
Fixed instability that has crept in with recent versions of Windows 11 while dragging windows from one monitor to another.
