I have a batch of images in folder A, which I process in batch and save outputs with scripts to folder B. Since there are a few hundred images and the batch includes breakpoints to manually adjust some transformations, going through the whole batch is fairly time consuming and labour intensive.
After the batch is done, since each image has a sidecar script file, I can open the script file to change some aspects of its processing and resave it. But can I do it somehow in batch?
Here is an example. My batch has breakpoints on cropping, contrast, colour correction - which are adjusted individually. It also has other transformations that are the same for images and are not individually adjusted (e.g. text labeling the images by their creation date - it changes individually but is automated). I messed up the date format and size and want to redo it for the whole batch, but I don't want to make individual adjustments again for other settings (and those are recorded in the sidecar scripts).
Is there a way to do that with some grace?

Not much you can do now, but in the future maybe try to separate the transformations that are the same for all images from the others and do the batch in two stages. Then if you need to redo the automatic transformations you can. Afterwards, you can then open each manual script file and re-save the results after they recompute.
