The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Raw Develop: fixed problem with not recognizing certain lenses based on the lens mount.
Monochrome: fixed problem with Hue Curve too tall.
Added a new masking tool based on hue difference. See the help file and Creating and Using Masks.pdf for details.
Removed some unnecessary updates of edit controls.
