Problem : Geotagging from GPX file unsuccessful

I setup a folder with Image files in raw (Nikon NEF), jpg and TIF for experimenting with geotagging.
Geotagging failed with an error message panel
The geotag file (attached ) was generated by converting Google Timeline to GPX using a converter.
