suggestion for User Interface : Image browser

Scenario :
Two top level images are open, each with transformation branches below
When selecting a branch below the right top-level image by clicking "select/deselect the branch below current transformation", the branch is selected. However, the "Close/Copy Tool Bar" is disabled ( greyed out ).
It is thus impossible at this point of the scenario to close the selected transformations.
