feature request : cropping within input image boundaries

It would be convenient if the crop tool :

• Had a control which, when enabled, would disallow placing corner points outside the input image boundary, or would disallow rotating or shifting the crop box such that it would place the cropping rectangle beyond image boundary
• Had a control for making the cropping rectangle to fit the input image within its boundary while keeping the cropping rotation angle ( a combination of shifting and resizing )
