The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Speck Removal Tool: added a tool bar to let you rotate all the speck points 90 degrees counter-clockwise or clockwise. Also fixed problem with Patch Match method choosing the wrong patch to substitute in some cases.

Coming in the next release is a way (using the Rotate-Mirror transformation) to un-rotate an image and also a way to re-rotate it, assuming the appropriate metadata is available. The should help with automatic batch processing for speck removal and other transformations that depend on the orientation of the image.
