When saving a file in jpeg format, a pop up JPEG Options appears, with Cancel and OK buttons and a drop-down list, a check box and a slider.

It would be nice if the user could move around these controls without using the pointing device, but rather using the tab key.

To quickly save using default settings, a user could quickly press tab to move to the OK button and press Enter on the keyboard to complete the save.

I was able to make the Enter key do an OK for all the File Save Options dialog boxes. Otherwise I only implement tab and shift-tab for text controls since it is convenient to enter text sequentially. Other controls such as sliders can't be operated from the keyboard. For various technical reasons I don't use the Windows dialog manager which normally handles some of the other keyboard shortcuts like space to toggle checkboxes. It would be lot of work to emulate all of them.
