Color Remap: modified the user interface to make it easier to understand and use.

Updated to ExifTool 12.67.

Slide Show Viewer: added 3 missing bitmaps.

Watercolor Transformation: fixed problem with typing a new Max Dimension not triggering an update.

Thanks for the update. Nice to see Phil Harvey is continuing to support ExifTool. Just noticed that he has published a book of bird photos - looks pretty good too! I didn't know he was an enthusiastic photographer, but it makes sense.
