The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Clone, Detail, Levels and Color, Smudge tools: implemented the recent brush enhancements similar to those in the Paint tool.
Levels and Color Tool: added new Apply To and Threshold controls that work like the similar controls in the Mask Paint tool.
