The changes (taken from the update log) are:

Match Reference: added the missing commands to the settings menu to save color curves or selective color correction settings.

Fixed problems with saving image files whose filenames include more than one period.

When upgrading from 8.0.369 to 370, I now get this windows dialog. Is it just me? Never had to uninstall before ...

Apparently some recent update of the installer software I use now causes this message. Just uninstall the previous version before installing the new one.
