The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Changed up arrow cursor to a 4-way arrow cursor in most cases. This cursor usually indicates that you can move some object by dragging its interior.
Updated to ExifTool version 12.59.
Displace transformation: added an Angle control for Rectangular displacements.
Hue-Saturation transformation: added color balance Remove/Add controls and fixed problem with brightness histogram expansion. Brightness histogram now has colored bars. Fixed some minor issues.
Color Zones transformation: fixed problems with 48-bit color input images and some other minor issues.
