An update is available to Version 8.0.349 (13-Feb-2023)

The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Image Stitching for Panoramas.pdf: added a section on how to use PTGui to stitch panoramas.
Histogram Tool: for HSV-V and HSL-L histograms you now have the option of displaying the brightness histogram such that each vertical bar is broken down by hue, indicating the relative number of pixels of each hue for each brightness level. Please see the updated help file for more information and examples. You will need to do a full install to get new bitmaps. Performance when using this new feature is a little sluggish due to the complexity of drawing the color histogram.
