The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Layout and Frame transformations: fixed problems with maximizing and restoring the transformation dialog box.
Added two new ICC profiles for the DCI-P3 color space – DCI P3 D65 and DCI P3 DCI. The old DCI-P3 profile is retained for compatibility – the two new ones are more recent versions with two different white points. These new profiles are installed automatically when Picture Window starts up. For more details, see: https://www.color.org/chardata/rgb/DCIP3.xalter.
