The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Mask Tool: the current mask is no longer finalized when using the mouse wheel to zoom the image. Also, when using mask tools except those that use the mouse wheel for other purposes, it is now unnecessary to hold down the Alt key to zoom by rotating the mouse wheel.
