Theme editing in Preferences

I was playing with Themes in Preferences. If I load a different theme, it works but upon reopening the Theme dialog box it looks like this:
'This also affects the Preferences dialog box. Reopening PWP restores the colours in the Theme and Preferences dialog boxes.
