Digital Light & Color

Out of the blue I've started getting this:
"Unknown error reported by LeadTools"
whenever I try to save a jpg file - or save-as a jpeg file.
Rebooted, uninstalled and re-installed PWP 5.0.1.8 - no change.
Can save as TIFF, fortunately.
I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, and have been doing so without problem for several weeks.
So far everything else in PWP and elsewhere appears normal
Suggestions, anyone?

Panic over.
I uninstalled PWP again. This time I downloaded the set up file from DL-C (previously I ran a saved version). Ran the newly downloaded setup file and all is now back to normal.
Don't ask me why, though...
