A question regarding computer capability with PWP -
In the 3-zone contrast transformation, for instance, there can be a good amount of going back and forth among the values for contrast, brightness and saturation for each of 3 zones. And, for each of these, the computer will generally want to ruminate a bit before showing a result. If one were to switch from a dual core 1.6mhz computer with 3.5GB of RAM to (possibly) a 2.8ghz quad core computer with (perhaps) a 6GB of RAM, would such a change speed up processing (enough) to make a switch worthwhile?
