Searching by EXIF - Portable freeware?

Would anyone know a small, portable search app that could look up files by a specified exif filed(s)? - old PWP could look for description, I recall.... Total Commander has a plugin, but it's too limited (e.g. I can't find the description field). My favorite search app (Nir Sofer's SearchMyFiles - single exe, 46kB) can't do it yet...
