In the image compare window, if image is zoomed and panned, further zooming appears to ignore the current panning position. By default, zooming should apply to the area being displayed (after panning).

I can confirm these issues -- there are two issues. First the scroll bars are not being updated correctly after a zoom and second, zooming is always re-centering the scroll bars. I have fixed the scroll bars not being redrawn for the next release, but preserving the scroll location is more complicated. I will work on it after I finish fixing the problems in Crop.
