Added tables of contents to all the PDF document files.
File New now lets you specify the image size in pixels, inches, millimeters or centimeters.
Updated to ExifTool 12.21.
Clone: renamed Overlapped to Recycle.
Added new test pattern: Star – used for lens resolution tests.
