Gaussian Blur

Version 8.0.192.
This issue was noted in the previous version as well, so has been around for a bit.
Opening Gaussian Blur changes cursor to the crosshair (as designed, I suspect). Clicking OK, regardless of whether or not the crosshair is used to identify another location in the image, results in the new image but does not change the cursor back to the hand. The crosshair remains, even if the image is zoomed to 1:1 (and it can't be scrolled), another image is opened or all images are closed. It appears the only way to return the cursor to the hand is to apply a different transform or close/re-open the program.
