I have found it convenient to "copy and paste" a single transformation by opening the transformation I wish to copy, choosing OK, and then opening the transformation where I wish to "paste" it, and choosing Reload last settings, (Ctrl-R).

Thanks for the tip.

Just to clarify, this only works if both transformations are the same type -- otherwise Ctrl-R will not copy the settings but will reload setting for the other transformation instead.
