An update is available to Version 8.0.74 (28-Mar-2020)
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Warp: fixed problem causing output image size to be incorrect in some cases after loading a settings file.
Added vcruntime140_1.dll to the installer. This should guarantee that any portable install includes the necessary runtime library.
Precise Gaussian Blur: If the Mask amount control has a mask image but the Amount control has no mask image, the Mask is applied as the Amount mask. The lets you antialias the edges of the blur without having to define two copies of the same mask image.
