An update is available to Version 8.0.42 (28-Jan-2020)
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Levels and Color Transformation: removed warning message when adjusting dynamic range.
Fixed problem possibly causing occasional random crashes on mouse clicks.
Autosave now defaults to On for new users.
New keyboard shortcut: Del key closes the current image (with confirmation).
