Amount Slider and mask shortcuts

The standard Amount slider with mask can be temporarily reset to 0% by shift-clicking (and holding) the mask button. I remember that at some point in the past ctrl-click would reverse white and black slider, but now there is a Reverse option under mask menu which does the same thing, but the ctrl-click seems to be free now.

Here is why I'm writing all this: I was recently experimenting with Composite with 2 masks and there were 2 things that I was hoping to do, but I couldn't figure out how to do that easily.

1. do the opposite of shift-clicking (i.e. temporarily move the Amount to 100%)
2. temporarily turn off the mask (which is the same as doing 1.)

Is there a way of doing that and if not, could it be?
