Clone Top Image and Clone Branch

When I try Clone Top Image or Clone Entire Branch, a Windows file selection window opens and asks me for the nee input image. Is that intended? I was intuitively thinking that the input image will get cloned as well with the rest of the script, as a default, and then I could change it if needed.
