Bug fix release 11-Jul-2019

I have posted a new release (11-Jul-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Smudge, Paint: fixed problem causing uncontrolled results when doing too rapid a series of strokes in some cases. Now, strokes initiated before the last stroke is finished processing are ignored.
Clone: input thumbnails are now captioned with the names of the images they come from.
Recalculation: eliminated unnecessary processing of branches and splitters.
File/Color Management: added a setting to let you disable color management of image browser thumbnails. This makes the image browser display much faster but colors in the thumbnails may be shifted from those in the main image area which are always color managed assuming color management is enabled. If color management is disabled, this setting has no effect.
