If I make changes to an image and do a "File Save As" to the folder in which the original rests, the suggested file name is the original file with v1, as expected. If I then go back to and make a further change and do another file save, it again opens the same folder and suggests the original file name with v2, again as expected.

However, if I do the same steps but place the v1 into a different folder, the suggested name for the second save (to that same folder) remains v1, and I then receive an overwrite warning. Should it not be v2, etc?

You are right, it should. But I have not yet implemented to necessary code to make that happen.

This has been fixed for the next release.
