Bug fix release 21-Jun-2019

I have posted a new release (21-Jun-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Warp: fixed problems if Bilinear warp option selected from settings menu. Also fixed a problem with the Proportions slider.
Fixed problems with Grid setting in main tool bar when switching images.
Closing a top-level image now makes the image to its left the current image. Closing the leftmost top-level image makes the image to its right the current image.
Removed some redundant code to save metadata in TIFF and JPEG files. When overwriting files, the old version (and its associated script file, if any) is now deleted before writing new version. Updated to ExifTool 11.52.
