Bug fix release 19-Jun-2019

I have posted a new release (19-Jun-2019).
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Clone: fixed problem with Fade slider not working correctly.
Added zoom to fit after toggling bypass setting via the image browser.
Added missing “S” icon bitmap to installer – this should fix the problem of the S not showing up in the image browser when an image has been saved.
Clone: fixed problem of source and target circle disappearing when releasing the mouse button.
