Hello.
Transform | Geometry | Layout
a) default panel = 8 x 10, which is clearly portrait mode on the layout preview. Change panel to 10 x 8 for landscape and the layout preview appears square on my monitor. Definitely not as 'landscape' as the default preview. Could be my monitor?
b) New panel = transparent. Now add an image. The layout preview shows an empty transparent panel. The main window preview shows the panel with the image. Click [OK] and the layout is empty. Should the transparent panel allow an image?
c) Layout dialog | display preview buttons. Don't seem to add much here. What do you expect to see if the preview is 'side by side?' Just default to 'display preview?'
d) and I vote to move the Layout up one level to the Transform menu (same as PW v7). Have to hunt to find it on the Geometry menu whenever I try to use it!

a) I don't see this happening here at all.

b) I agree you should not be able to add an image if panel is transparent since if you do supply one it is ignored.

c) The side-by-side preview is useful when you have an input image and need to adjust its cropping rectangle.

d) Have you tried Quick Pick? (selects transformations via the keyboard).
