Suggestion: modify "Open Image File" to include < *.*.script > files

If the "Open Image File" dialog includes opening associated image script files, this will save extra navigation steps to one's image file folders from the "Picture Window Pro\Scripts" folder when opening image scripts rather then setting scripts.
