Album printing on A5 paper

I am trying to print A5 album pages and PWP will not recognise that I have changed the printer setting from A4 to A5. This has always been a bit problematic in the past, but usually I have been able to get round it by setting the printer paper size before anything else. Now for some reason it will not accept it at all, nor will it print the A4 layout on an A5 sheet - although I did get it to do one page that way somehow.

The printer is a Canon i950 with the latest drivers with Picture Window Pro latest version running on Windows 7RC 32 bit.

As this is something I do every year as a Christmas present I would very much welcome any suggestions for a workaround.

When you click the Album button in Browse to create an Album, the first dialog displayed is Album/Print Images.
Click the Print Setup button in this dialog to display your printer printer's setup dialog. Set the page size in this dialog by either choosing one of the standard page sizes or 'User Defined' to create a custom page size. (User Defined may be called Custom or a similar name on some printers.) Also set the orientation to Portrait or Landscape.

After you complete the Setup dialog, the page size is shown in the Album/Print Images dialog. Make your other settings and click OK. An album page of the chosen size and orientation is displayed.

I went through the above procedure using various page sizes and saw no problems.

Thanks for your very prompt reply.

I thought that was what I was doing, but it works now, so I must have been doing something else! Thanks again.
