Bug fix release 16-Mar-2019

I have posted a new release (16-Mar-2019) in full installer and executable-only versions. Minor changes to help file.
The changes (taken from the update log) are:
Added new File Open Multiple command. It is like File Open, but if you select multiple files, they get added to the file list instead of being each opened in a separate window. This save an extra step when preparing to apply a batch process to a series of files.
Export – fixed problem with exporting files with no original name (e.g. pasted from clipboard) when saving with original name. This case now defaults correctly to asking for a pathname.
Made popup message boxes fully modal. Previously, in some cases, not all other windows were disabled when displaying a message box, allowing all sorts of bad outcomes.
